The West Ham United supporters here in the Football Transfer Tavern were pretty content with a 0-0 draw during last weekend’s game with Everton and they are hopeful of picking up more points against Stoke City this afternoon.
It hasn’t been a good season at all for those of a West Ham persuasion here in the Tavern and Croatian boss Slaven Bilic is going to be pretty lucky to cling onto his job come the end of the campaign.
The Hammers’ first season in their new home at the London Stadium hasn’t exactly gone according to plan and the supporters here in the Tavern are hopeful of returning to form during the next campaign.
Our landlord has overheard two regular West Ham supporting punters discussing today’s team selection and with that in mind the landlord poured himself a pint of his latest real ale and took a look at two players who could be set for the drop today.
Andre Ayew

After such a prolonged period on the sidelines with injury there is every chance that the West Ham manager could tread carefully when it comes to overusing the forward.
One West Ham fan is sat by the beer garden here in the Tavern and he thinks that although Ayew has been playing okay, he could quite rightly earn the chance of a rest during the next game or two.
Jonathan Calleri

The Argentina-born forward played in attack last week and although he did okay, he didn’t find the net and that could mean that he misses out for today’s game at Stoke City.
One West Ham fan is tucking into an all-day breakfast here in the Tavern and he believes that Calleri could well be replaced altogether during the summer, stating that he just doesn’t seem to contribute quite enough to become a regular Premier League performer.
West Ham fans, do you agree that these two could be dropped today? Let us know in the comments below!!!
