Plenty of Everton fans have been buzzing as Morgan Schneiderlin could be signing for Nice in the upcoming summer transfer window for a hugely cut price, according to the Daily Mail.

As per the outlet, the French club could be signing the central midfield player for just £2 million in the summer, a rather huge £22 million loss on what the Toffees paid Manchester United for him.

However, despite the rather heavy deficit, several members of the Everton faithful still buzzed when they read that Schneiderlin was leaving.

Indeed, the French international has been somewhat of a bit-part player in the 2019/20 season, featuring in 18 games in all competitions, but has only completed the full 90 minutes in eight of those matches, according to Transfermarkt.

With a relatively healthy plethora of options in his role with the likes of Andre Gomes, Tom Davies, Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Fabian Delph, perhaps it is time for Scheniderlin to move on.

These EFC supporters seemed happy to let him go on Twitter, despite the hefty sum of money lost on his transfers:
