Everton: Fans not happy with leaked 2020/21 away kit image

A sports merchandise website has accidentally leaked Everton’s new 2020/21 away kit.

The website 11teamsports.com made Everton’s new home shirt available for purchase along with a suspected leaked design for the away jersey as well. Twitter fan account @TheGwladysSt shared the images, with some fans not best impressed with the potential new design. The item has since been deleted from the website.

Earlier this year, the Toffees signed a new kit deal with Danish manufacturer Hummel, along with new shirt sponsor Cazoo, thus ending the club’s partnership with betting company SportPesa.

Everton finished in 12th place this season after clawing their way back from a difficult first half of the campaign. Appointing Carlo Ancelotti as replacement for Marco Silva improved their fortunes and the Blues will look ahead to a new era with a new home shirt to boot.

However, some fans aren’t sold on this potential new away jersey and have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on the design. One Toffees fan has said it’s ‘horrible’ whilst another has even hyperbolised that they’ve ‘just been sick’ looking at it.
