Everton fans have been handed some extremely exciting news following the reported transfer listing of former Blues midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye.
According to a statement from @JordanM_Choco (relayed by @ToffeeTVEFC), Paris Saint-Germain have put the Senegalese international on their summer transfer list.

Gueye left Goodison Park last summer for a move to the Ligue 1 giants (via BBC Sport). PSG paid a fee of £30m to secure the services of the midfielder but it seems now they no longer have use for him in the squad.
The 30-year-old became an Everton centurion after amassing 108 total appearances for the Merseyside outfit, in which time he contributed four goals and five assists (via Transfermarkt).
Despite not setting the league alight in terms of goals scored, many Everton fans still seem desperate to have him back on their books. Plenty of supporters have flocked to the tweet to give their opinions – one fans has branded Gueye ‘world class’ whilst another would take him back ‘in a heartbeat’. Another Blue thinks the club should ‘pay whatever they want’ in order to re-sign the ex-Toffees player.
