With a monumental Manchester derby just days away, the Manchester United fans propping up the bar in the Transfer Tavern are in relatively low spirits.
Long-term injuries to Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo are far from ideal in preparation for the end of the campaign and reports from the Daily Mirror have really rocked our locals.
They claim the superstar Swede has accepted his career at Old Trafford is over and suggest his next move could be over to the MLS, as the result of his ACL injury at the age of 35.
So, as you can well imagine, Red Devils around the world have taken to Twitter to lament Ibra’s dreadful ailment. Having seen the former Barcelona and PSG man carry the side for much of the campaign thus far, the notion of losing him so soon is a gut-wrenching one.
With that in mind, here’s a closer look at how Twitter reacted to the latest Ibrahimovic reports.

Sad to see Zlatan's injury. Whatever he will come back to play or not, he's qualified as our legend or coaching team. #ibrahimovic #MUFC
