Powered by a huge takeover last summer, Inter Milan are looking to close the gap on Italy’s top-clubs and secure a return to Champions League football – believing that Pochettino is the ideal man to lead their charge.

Thomas Tuchel
The Borussia Dortmund boss has impressed since taking the reigns from Jurgen Klopp but his future at the club remains uncertain.
Tuchel is the ideal candidate for Tottenham should Pochettino leave, as the two manager’s share an impressive tactical style and pride themselves for getting the best out of young players.
Tuchel, like Pochettino, is tipped for great things in the coming years but has yet to taste glory, which means the German boss would be a like-for-like switch to his Argentine counterpart.
Leonardo Jardim
Monaco are the team on everybody’s lips this season after their tremendous charge to the Champions League final and push for the Ligue 1 title domestically, although their squad is likely to be raided this summer by Europe’s elite.
Jardim recently stated he will consider his own future at the end of the season and Monaco may struggle to keep him within the French principality if big clubs come calling, especially if they also fail to keep hold of their best players.
The project at Monaco has been excellently led by Jardim and the Portuguese boss could continue to get the best out of Spurs’ young players, whilst also impressing on the transfer front – an area where Spurs have struggled in recent years.
