Left on the bench against Liverpool after an incident at Arsenal’s training ground, Sanchez’s future at the Emirates is beginning to seriously look in doubt.
In many ways, the mood around Arsenal was summed up perfectly at the weekend, with the Gunners falling to yet another loss against Liverpool in the Premier League.
Life after Sanchez is quickly becoming a real talking point amongst the Arsenal fans in the pub, and whilst his future could yet be resolved, the signs are not looking good – and Arsene Wenger will find it very difficult to replace a player with so much influence.
In fact, with Sanchez providing more assists since his debut than ANY OTHER Arsenal player in that time frame, the true impact of the Chilean is quickly put into perspective. When you consider that it is Ozil that is often pointed towards as the pass master in this Arsenal team, the influence of Sanchez becomes clear. Significantly, he has also bagged 46 goals in the Premier League alone since he moved.
