Over the past few seasons, the rest of the punters in the Transfer Tavern have been getting increasingly annoyed about the Tottenham Hotspur supporters propping up our bar constantly bigging up Harry Kane.
However, the England international has been in particularly impressive form of late, notching three hat-tricks already in 2017 and looks to be getting better with every passing game. In fact, the 23-year-old has simply been amongst the best in Europe this season.

Since the turn of the year, only a certain Lionel Messi has scored more goals in all competitions across Europe’s top five leagues, putting Kane in some very esteemed company indeed. Those who initially put his sterling form down when he first broke through as a one-season wonder are eating their words.
Crucial to Spurs’ hopes of finishing in the top four, the academy graduate is surely now making himself on the continental stage, as well as just domestic.
