Our West Ham fans here in the Transfer Tavern really are desperate to see the season end now with things going from bad to worse at the moment.
The Hammers really have been put through the mill this season with the way they’ve played, their new stadium and their transfer errors really putting any European ambitions to the sword.
They really will be keen to see May come, then, and look ahead to 2017/18 with the business end of this campaign looking set to offer the club another test they could do without.
That’s because Michail Antonio, Pedro Obiang and Winston Reid are all set for spells on the sidelines – for a long time too.
Indeed, Jack Sullivan confirmed on Twitter about the injuries:
