The Portuguese boss struggled during the early days of his tenure in Manchester, with many fearing that his poor last season as Chelsea boss had gotten the better of him – but it would appear as though the Red Devils’ faith has finally paid off.
Whilst Utd are still languishing down in 6th place in the Premier League, all is not lost – and it would appear as though the best is yet to come.
Wins have been coming over the past few weeks, and a number of Man Utd’s key men are beginning to find a rich vein of form – and that has all contributed to quite the remarkable record.
As per OptaJoe on Twitter, Man Utd’s win on Monday night against West Ham brought their unbeaten run to 13 games – a number that had not been reached since Sir Alex Ferguson was boss in 2013.
