Tottenham have had a poor few weeks, and their crushing defeat to Monaco in the Champions League has got the Spurs fans in the Football Transfer Tavern seriously concerned ahead of their clash against Chelsea this weekend.
The Blues, conversely, have had a stellar few weeks – and after switching to a 3-4-3, they currently sit at the top of the Premier League table.
There is a lot riding on this weekend’s London derby, then, and it would appear as though Tottenham’s hopes are resting pretty heavily upon one man in particular.
It was no coincidence that Tottenham’s poor run of form coincided with Harry Kane’s absence from the first team, and given that he is now fit and ready – you would expect their form to turn around sooner, rather than later. What’s more, it would appear that London derbies, in particular, are particularly proficient hunting grounds for the English forward…

Harry Kane is always Tottenham’s danger man – but it would appear that he is particularly deadly against Tottenham’s London rivals.
