Tottenham fans are often at the centre of the jokes here in the Football Transfer Tavern, with the club seemingly always one step behind the upper tier of sides in the Premier League.
However, 2016 has proven to be a very different animal – and under Mauricio Pochettino the side has grown into a European force.
After a stellar campaign last season, the Lilywhites now find themselves in the Champions League for the first time in years, and rival fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are starting to deem them as a significant threat going forward.
And it seems that Tottenham simply couldn’t take all of this positivity; so they have taken it upon themselves to make them the laughing stock of the Tavern once again…
In a video released by the club on Twitter, full-back Kyle Walker is shown singing the Champions League anthem – and the results are predictably tragic.
