Jose Mourinho has not enjoyed a very good start to life in Manchester, with the Portuguese boss starting his reign in a very similar fashion to that which saw the end of his spell as Chelsea boss.
However, Mourinho has never been a man lacking in confidence – and it would appear that he is convinced that his Man Utd project will be a successful one.
Speaking about his tenure, according to the Sun, Mourinho said: “I am at the club I want to be at and I am so happy to be here. I want to stay here until the end of my contract and then who knows?”
He continued: “But I will be here for many years. I am a football man and I am still young”.
For a manager that rarely stays at a club for very long – that is a very bold statement to make indeed.

Man Utd have struggled so far this season and currently sit in 8th place in the Premier League. Our landlord thinks that results need to pick up, and fast – or Mourinho could find himself out of a job by Christmas.
The Red Devils need to be challenging for the title, and if Jose Mourinho can’t produce that level of form – he will not stay for very long.
