Leeds United: Jack Harrison very likely to sign on a permanent deal in the summer

Leeds United managed to bring winger Jack Harrison back on loan from Manchester City this summer. He has been a big part of their Premier League campaign so far, and as of 30th October, he had the joint-most key passes in Europe. Fans will be delighted to hear the latest Phil Hay update on Harrison’s future.
Hay discusses the possibility of a permanent deal for Harrison
Hay was asked whether the Whites get the final say over Manchester City to sign Harrison on a permanent deal in summer 2021.
The popular journalist said: ‘The option is in Leeds’ favour. £10m or thereabouts. Should go through at the end of the season.’
Great news for Leeds
In his six appearances in England’s top flight, Jack Harrison has thoroughly impressed. He has picked up one goal, two assists, and managed 1.2 shots and 2.8 key passes a game (WhoScored). He is also only 23 years-old, so has the potential to get even better than he already is.
To be able to have a deal in place which has a set price-tag is perfect. If he continues producing stats like having the most key passes in Europe, then there is no doubt that Marcelo Bielsa will be getting an absolute bargain.
The move benefits all parties. Harrison clearly enjoys playing for the club or he wouldn’t have come back, and he is guaranteed consistent playing time at Elland Road, something which isn’t the case under Pep Guardiola.
