Leeds fans haven’t had any reason to get excited over a new season for a while now, at the end of the upcoming Championship season, the club will have spent a whole 15 years outside of the English top-flight which is the longest spell in their history.
However, the fans will be optimistic that Marcelo Bielsa can be the man to end their suffering and finally get them back into the Premier League where they think they belong.
The club has been linked with a number of signings this summer since Bielsa took over and with the experience and ability of the Argentine gaffer the fans have a renewed hope that this season could be different from all the others that they have had to suffer through in the Championship. The excitement will only build with every announcement the club make and things will reach fever-pitch when the club walk out at Elland Road with Bielsa in the dugout.
