Liverpool Out Of Europe Or West Ham Relegated?

Liverpool versus the Canning Town Tearaways it is then.

West Ham United currently sit 4th from bottom with a 3 point & 22+ goal cushion, but a loss tomorrow would make them rather vunerable.

Some remaining games down there are; Hull have to play Sunderland, Wigan and Liverpool while West Ham also have to play Wigan at home, Fulham away and ManCity.

Liverpool are currently 7th, 2 points behind Villa and 2 points and a game in hand ahead of Everton.

Everton arguably have easier games (Fulham at home in between Fulham’s Europa League games, Stoke who are safe and perhaps no fear factor driving them on and Portsmouth who, in simple terms have an FA Cup which has the added incentive of a collosal potential difference in their P&L sheet) .

Liverpool could conceivably win the Europa thus qualifying for Europe that way.

So, may I ask,  what outcome you might prefer? Liverpool to possibly not get into Europe next season or The Berks Bastions Of The Great British Isles (© www.BigNewPitches.co.uk) to drop into the Championship and quite possibly never been seen or heard of again, aside from on the odd shipping forecast?

Let me tell you, it took me three times as long to type that as it did to make my mind up. Gold & Sullivan have less charm and football management acumen than Vlad The Impaler and Alan Ball.

Well now, when it comes to football, one man has for many years been the most noticeable, the most controversial, and occasionally the most successful blogger this country has ever produced. His pithy words and abrasive style make him as famous off the pitch as he is on it. This man is Escapini. "I love football. Football she's a cruel mistress. She's, she's more than a mistress. She's a wife, she's a mother, she's a daughter, she's an errant child. She's a… she's a… she can make you laugh, she make you cry. She can bring tears me eyes. She can bring blood to me shoulders. She can bring a kettle to the boil." "Cause football is about nothing, unless it's about something and what it is about, is football."
