The Tottenham fans in the Transfer Tavern are concerned about the future of Kyle Walker…
Despite impressing for much of the campaign, the Englishman lost his place in the Tottenham first team towards the end of last season, leaving many in the pub worried that he could look to leave the club this summer.
Walker has, of course, been a regular starter for Tottenham over the last few years, having really improved from his early days as a young professional.
When Sky Sports reported earlier this week that Man City could open talks with the club over the next few days, then, there was a sizeable gasp from the fans in the Transfer Tavern.
Whilst rarely an exceptional figure, Walker has continually impressed in recent years, and none of the Tottenham fans in the Transfer Tavern want to see him leave.
The fans on Twitter, though, are markedly more divided – with many ready to sell Walker for the right price.
