Manchester City are pretty renowned in the Football Transfer Tavern for their transfer business – but this is just something else!
According to the Sun, City are reportedly eyeing a shock transfer swoop for 13-year-old Celtic starlet Karamoko Dembele.
The youngster was the talk of the Tavern last week, after appearing for the Celtic under-20’s despite his tender years.
A Man City source told the Sun: “He has been on the radar for a number of months now. He is very talented”, before confirming that the club are looking at him.
Man City has become a hotbed of top European talent in recent years, with the Sky Blues brass keen to establish a period of sustained dominance in the Blue half of Manchester.

A state-of-the-art youth facility has been built the club’s base in Manchester – and that has long been a key attraction in recruiting players, and that could be crucial in the recruitment of Dembele.
The Man City fans in the Tavern are holding out hope, given that they are yet to see much of the youngster in action. They do think he must be good, though.
