Manchester United’s difficulties up-front have been well documented this season, with the likes of both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Wayne Rooney struggling in front of goal so far.
Jose Mourinho, though, has never been one to hang around when things aren’t going his way – and it would appear that he is ready to solve his problem with an injection of youth.
According to the Sunday People (via the Mirror), Man Utd have stepped up their chase for Ajax starlet Kasper Dolberg, who has been in prolific form so far this season.
They add that scouts were sent to watch the striker as Ajax took on Celta Vigo – a game in which the youngster scored.
Dolberg has been prolific so far this season, and has already scored an impressive 5 goals in just 8 league starts.
This is in stark contrast to both Rooney and Ibrahimovic, who are currently at Man Utd, who have both been struggling for goals this season.
Our landlord thinks that if Dolberg can score that many at just 19-years-old, there is no telling how far he can go in the game once he comes of age.
