Responding to a tweet by Man City news account City Chief, midfielder David Silva has been at the centre of worthy praise following a challenge to describe the Spaniard as best as possible using only word – with fans describing the blues legend as ‘priceless‘, ‘magic‘ and ‘phenomenal‘.
Silva, who has appeared a massive 424 times for City, scoring 74 goals and assisting 137 others from midfield (Transfermarkt), is now at the centre of admiration following years of service – with some supporters potentially emotional over the fact that this season will be his last in a Sky Blues jersey.
The 34-year-old has been a huge influence in City’s recent domestic success, having helped the Citizens secure four Premier League titles, five Carabao Cups, two FA Cups and three Community Shields in England. Now, with the Spaniard hanging up his jersey after this campaign’s conclusion, many supporters have flocked to show their love for the club legend.
