Speaking on his YouTube football show The Kick Off, internet sensation True Geordie slammed Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola and hinted that his side’s lacklustre 2019/2020 campaign could be deemed ‘the biggest failure in Premier League history’ – with Sky Blues fans not exactly taking kindly to the verdict.
The YouTuber, who currently has 1.79 million subscribers, talked extensively over Guardiola’s so called failings as manager this campaign, branding him as ‘the Mike Tyson of football’ whilst also hinting that his legacy could be tarnished due to City’s supposed inability to implement a winning formula over rivals Liverpool this season.

Despite beating Jurgen Klopp’s side to the crown last season during one of the most exciting title races in English football history, a season where Liverpool failed to beat the Sky Blues home and away, True Geordie seemingly still believes that Guardiola could be deemed a ‘failure’ for this season.
