Monday’s Glamour Puss – Sylvie Van Der Vaart

Tottenham fans around the globe slowly awake from their happy slumber. Some still a bit squiffy after the post match celebrations. Others simply still high on the sort of happiness that money simply cannot buy.

Beating Arsenal at the Emirates is one thing but to do so in such a dramatic fashion was as exhausting as it was exhilarating to watch. Question marks over why a team who could look so adrift in one half could then score three goals in the second have to be there, but the real toughie must be for Arsenal fans.

How could a player so heavily booed play so well? Gallas was outstanding.
