It has been a week of ups and downs for the Manchester United fans in the Football Transfer Tavern this week.
The up being that Marouane Fellaini was finally on his way out of the club and the downs being the injury he picked up in training to rule out that move.
The Belgian midfielder suffered an ankle injury meaning that a possible loan-switch to Napoli is now off.
But according to TalkSport, the Italian side are still planning on raiding the Premier League for midfielder reinforcements.
They have already had their advances for Liverpool midfielder Lucas rebuffed this summer.
And reports suggest that Rafa Benitez will now move for Tottenham’s Sandro whose future at White Hart Lane is less than secure.
The midfielder has played 81 times for the North London outfit, scoring three times in the process.
He has also represented Brazil at the highest level but has fallen out of favour in recent times, including a well-reported spat with Tim Sherwood last season.
