Pochettino must start these 2 players against Huddersfield – agreed?

The Tottenham fans in the Transfer Tavern are looking forward to their side’s upcoming clash with Huddersfield…

The Lilywhites are in a rich vein of form, and another win in the Premier League would certainly solidify their position in the top quarter of the Premier League.

It was a tough start to the campaign, but Mauricio Pochettino’s men have rebounded well, and with both domestic and continental campaigns going very well, it doesn’t look like anything can stop them.

Huddersfield will certainly try to, though, and Tottenham can’t take the newly-promoted side lightly when they take them on on Saturday.

Pochettino must make sure that he gets his team selection spot on, or he could risk going back to square one after several weeks of progress.

With that said, Pochettino must start these 2 players against Huddersfield – agreed?

 Moussa Sissoko

Moussa Sissoko has been somewhat of a revelation in the heart of the Tottenham midfield, having moved into a more central position after struggling on the flanks.

From the middle, he is able to control the game efficiently and serve as a connection between midfield and attack.

Long-term, it remains to be seen what his future holds, but for the time being, he’s doing fantastically in this role, and Pochettino would be wise to keep him involved.

 Christian Eriksen

Christian Eriksen has been confirmed to be fit, thanks to Mauricio Pochettino and the official Tottenham Twitter page.

That said, Mauricio Pochettino may be wary of starting a player that is coming back from illness, and so he is far from a guaranteed starter at present.

At all costs, though, the Argentine boss should try and ensure that the Dane is available to feature from the first whistle. He adds a whole new dimension to the Tottenham attack, providing excellent passing and dribbling whilst also offering stellar quality from set pieces.

He hasn’t had a muscle injury, and so the chances of him missing any more time are very slim. There’s very little risk here for Poch.
