West Ham defender Arthur Masuaku has sent a teasing message on Twitter regarding his fitness after undergoing knee surgery for reoccurring pain in that area, with the Congolese international declaring he is ‘almost’ back as many Irons fans buzz over the ‘brilliant news’.
