According to Calciomercato, West Ham are looking into the availability of Napoli winger Hirving Lozano. Everton and Wolves are also interested.
Lozano arrived at Napoli at the start of this season for a club-record fee (£34.20 million) from Dutch side PSV and the Mexican winger came with a lot of expectation(Transfermarkt). However, he has struggled in his first season in the Serie A, playing 16 times, scoring twice and assisting once.

He isn’t all to blame for his poor performances, as Napoli had a poor start to the season and sacked Carlo Ancelotti. The club, who normally finish in the top 3, are currently 6th, and Lozano has fallen out of favour with new boss Gennaro Gattuso, who prefers the other attacking options he has available (as shown in his preferred starting XI on WhoScored).
In the Eredivisie, Lozano scored 40 goals in 79 appearances and the 24-year-old winger was linked with a move to Manchester United before he went to Italy. (Bleacherreport)

Even though he hasn’t played great this season, Lozano is still young and has years of growth ahead of him. West Ham have an array of attacking talent at the club, but a new face coming in might be the perfect catalyst to get players like Sebastien Haller and Felipe Anderson to perform much better than they are this season.
He also comes with Champions League pedigree, scoring three times in 12 games in the competition, and to boast such experience at a young age is always a great quality to have.
Indeed, the talent is there for all to see and the London Stadium could provide him with the platform to showcase it.
