It was announced yesterday that the club will return to Wembley for their first home game of the season against Fulham. The club played all of their home games at the national stadium last season and despite claiming some big scalps at the ground, the fans failed to take to life at Wembley and will be over the moon when they can get back to life in N17 and start back at the New White Hart Lane, that is yet to be named.
The club’s last season in North London was the 2016/17 season where they came 2nd to Chelsea in the league and, fittingly, they went unbeaten at home, winning 17 and drawing two of their 19 fixtures in the final season at The Lane. Over a year on from that, White Hart Lane is a distant memory and the fans will be keen to move into their new ground and start making some history of their, hopefully with some silverware.
