There’s been a lunchtime shocker for the punters in the Transfer Tavern, with the Swansea supporting drinkers met with a report straight out of left-field.
While Francesco Guidolin has been deluged by rumours and reports in recent weeks, the Italian’s sharp exit and quick-fire replacement has shocked the Jack Army somewhat.
Former USA manager Bob Bradley has been announced as the new man in charge at the Liberty Stadium, having left French outfit Le Harve for Wales.
As you can well imagine, the Swans on Twitter have been rather vocal after seeing the man who kept them up last term replaced with a man untested in the Premier League.
On his birthday after all.
In fact, the 58-year-old is the first ever American to manage in the English top flight and provides a relative unknown.
Still, the club have seen their recent managerial appointments pay off, with Guidolin even proving a success by ensuring survival after replacing Garry Monk.
