Southampton fans have shared their love for a LGBTQ+ mural in the city, which was unveiled on Monday.

The Saints have struggled on the pitch so far this campaign. In eight games in all competitions, they have managed just one win, an 8-0 victory over Newport County in the League Cup (Sky Sports). They are winless in the Premier League, with them having lost their last match 1-0 to Wolves in the competition.

Off the pitch, at least, it seems they are doing the right things. They have unveiled a mural, in association with kit manufacturer Hummel, which supports LGBTQ+ inclusivity as part of their 'No place for homophobia in Southampton' campaign (southamptonfc.com). The mural also features a number of names affected by the issue as well.

The news was shared on Twitter by Southampton's official account, and it attracted plenty of praise from the supporters. They took to the social media platform to share their thoughts.

Let's see what the fans had to say below
