Our Manchester City fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait to see how they do in the Champions League tonight against Monaco.
Certainly, here by the bar even non-City supporters are looking forward to it thanks to the action that was provided in the first leg.
The game at the Etihad finished 5-3 to City, of course, and so if we get another game like that we should be in for a treat.
City, though, won’t care if it’s 0-0 and they certainly look like they mean business on arrival in the principality.
Indeed, they’ve all turned up wearing the same outfit consisting of a suit and turtleneck in an evident bid to try and strike some fear into their opposition.
Twitter, meanwhile, has had a field day in reaction to the fashion statement from the club and so, with that in mind, here’s some of the best of what has been said:
the guy is a control freak making stones and Co his minions lol
