These 2 West Ham players seriously need to leave for the sake of their careers

West Ham United are chugging along nicely in the Premier League following what was a poor start.

The Hammers fans here in the Transfer Tavern are relatively happy at the moment, and manager Slaven Bilic seems to have brought the squad closer together following the whole saga with Dimitri Payet.

There are some excellent players in the Hammers’ squad these days, and their move to the Olympic Stadium seems to be working out well in terms of fans through the gate and attracting high calibre players.

Many of the Hammers fans having a pint in the Tavern this week have been discussing the summer transfer window, and crucially, which players could be on their way out of the club.

With this in mind, we have taken a look at TWO West Ham players who need to leave in the summer to salvage their career…

Ashley Fletcher

The former Man United man took a big gamble when he moved to West Ham and opted against a move to the Championship with Leeds or Barnsley in the summer.

That gamble so far has not paid off, and he looks every bit like a Championship quality striker at the moment.

A move away would do him good, and give him the chance to kick-start his career and get some more goals under his belt before having another crack at the Premier League.

Diafra Sakho

A player who has often been linked with moves away from the club is Sakho.

The striker seems to have gone a bit stale at the moment, and with the form of Andy Carroll and Lanzini, he looks like being limited in his chances. The addition of Andrew Ayew in the summer didn’t help his case either, and a move in the summer could well be the best thing for him.

Plenty of Premier League clubs would take a chance on Sakho, who has proven he knows where the net is at this level on more than one occasion.
