Tottenham fans go mad after Lucas collects award

Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to praise man of the moment Lucas Moura, after the Brazilian picked up the Premier League Player of the Month Award.

The 26-year-old has amassed three goals in four appearances for The Lilywhites so far this season, including a spectacular brace as the north London club smashed Man United at Old Trafford.

Fans have complemented the forward, saying how the award was thoroughly deserved.

Moura had a slow start to his Tottenham career, only starting two games for the club last season after joining from French giants PSG in January. However, he looks to have settled into the team this term, and has made a scorching start to the season.

Moura’s form has helped guide Tottenham to fifth place in the Premier League, although they lost their unbeaten start to the season when they were downed by Watford last weekend.
