It really is getting to Fergie time in the transfer window. Tottenham have less than 12 hours left to complete any signings and the stories are getting more and more ludicrous. According to Dean Jones of Bleacher Report on Twitter, Fulham are concerned that Tottenham might make a large, last-minute bid for Ryan Sessegnon.

It’s worth mentioning that Jones himself mentions in the tweet that it probably won’t happen, but when backed into a corner, there’s no telling what Daniel Levy might do. The club is stuck at an impasse with transfers. It looks like the fans are going to be left disappointed with any of the available outcomes so far this summer and the supporters will be hoping that if no one comes in that they don’t let anyone go.
Tottenham fans everywhere have been calling for the club to sign some players for depth in central midfield and on either flank. More than a few options have been linked with a switch to North London but it looks likely that Sessegnon is one of those who will only be linked. The 18-year-old has been one of the most talked about young stars over the last couple of years and after bagging 15 goals in 46 games last season, it’s understandable that some of the best clubs in England are after him.

The supporters aren’t convinced that they’ll sign Sessegnon and will be happy to bring in anyone at this stage.
