Tottenham fans aren’t the happiest people in the world right now. They’re fresh off the back of 2-1 defeats to Watford, Liverpool and Inter Milan and it’s clear to see their frustration. The club, though doesn’t seem to have gauged the mood amongst the fans very well as they’ve tweeted about a new partnership with UOW, which fans can read about on the Tottenham website.

The club’s partnership with the University of Wollongong is actually a very positive development. Tottenham will be sending FA and UEFA licenced coaches to help the university bring talented footballers through. However, it’s not the partnership that the fans are annoyed with, it’s the timing of it’s announcement and whilst the club can’t do too much to help that, the fans are still far from pleased.
The mood will certainly be lifted if they can come past Brighton tomorrow with all three points. The squad look lethargic and the fans are far from happy. Brighton have also looked very good far this season and have already beaten Manchester United this season, as well as securing draws away at both Southampton and Fulham. It won’t be easy at all but the Lilywhites will be desperate to get some kind of result.
