Tottenham fans are now on the home straight in regards to moving into their new stadium. The Lilywhites drew their final match at Wembley 1-1 against Arsenal, and now it looks like they’re going home. Two test events will be played their first, with a U18 game before a legend fixture, and Rafael Van der Vaart will feature in that legend match.

The Lilywhites are expecting a lot of famous names to return to North London for their legends match on March 30th, and as the club has started to confirm names there is already excitement in the air. The three names that the club released today are Robbie Keane, Dimitar Berbatov and Rafa Van der Vaart, with the latter of the three the one that the Lilywhites are the most excited about.
The game between Spurs Legends and Inter Forever will be a marquee event for the fans and one that they will not want to miss. Gary Mabbutt will be leading the Lilywhite Legends out and the fans are dying to see Van der Vaart in white one more time. The Dutchman only spent two seasons at the club but that was all it took for him to go down as a legend, and his return is one that the fans have been dreaming about for a long, long time.
