Tottenham Hotspur: Fans buzz over news that Amazon could be stadium’s sponsor

Some Tottenham Hotspur fans are buzzing at the news that Amazon could potentially become the stadium’s new main sponsor after it was reported by the Daily Mail (via Ricky Sacks).

The company already have strong connections with the Lilywhites having spent the season filming around the north London club for their up-and-coming documentary ‘All or Nothing’, which will take a look in depth behind-the-scenes at Spurs in a campaign which has seen Mauricio Pochettino replaced by Jose Mourinho and the club failing to win a major trophy yet again.

However, as per the article, there are other parties that are interested in sponsoring the Tottenham Hotspur stadium as it is currently named, with Nike believed to be in the picture.

Daniel Levy believes that Spurs could possibly secure up to £25 million per term over at least the next 10 years if any potential deal is agreed, which would be the most lucrative stadium agreement of its kind in history, according to the report.
