Tottenham Hotspur: Fans delighted after Premier League update ‘could save Spurs’ season’

Many Tottenham Hotspur fans are delighted with the update from the Premier League that all games will be suspended until at least April 4th for precautionary measures following a recent turn of events.

All English Football League and Scottish Premiership games have also been postponed, as well as Champions League games for next week. This follows outbreaks of sickness from the likes of Mikel Arteta and Callum Hudson-Odoi that have caused players and staff of respective clubs to go into isolation.

Whilst other fans will most likely be gutted that they cannot watch their team play for the next three weeks, many Spurs fans are delighted at the news. They have sighted that key players including Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son might have returned to full fitness by then and will therefore be available for the north London club’s recent games.
