Qualifying for the next round of the Champions League, the Portuguese has revealed he apologised to the England international but it was important to bring a creative player onto the pitch (as he did with Christian Eriksen) wbile comments from Dele Alli have gone down a storm online.
Indeed, Alli told BT Sport (via Football.London) that ‘anyone’ could have come off at that point such was the level of Spurs’ performance before the comeback, much to the delight of the fans.

Many are praising the player’s honesty after his return to form under the new boss.
