According to Football Insider, the Premier League giants have held talks internally over recalling the 18-year-old from his spell at Elland Road and loaning him back out to get regular football.
Clarke is yet to play a single second of league football for Marcelo Bielsa’s side this season, featuring in just two Carabao Cup games (via Transfermarkt).
The youngster joined Spurs in the summer from the Championship side for just £10m. In fact, he was the club’s first transfer since Lucas Moura joined the club in the 2018 January transfer window (via BBC).
Former player Darren Bent said he believes the lack of appearances for Clarke this season is due to a lack of trust between him and Bielsa (via Express).
Fans believe that Clarke would get appearances if the club recalled him from his loan spell as they took to Twitter to react.

Bring him into the first team. Probably has more drive and determination than half of those jokers do at the moment.
