Tottenham Hotspur: Fans praise Ryan Sessegnon’s attitude

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Ryan Sessegnon has admitted that he has been “a bit disappointed” with his recent performances (via @FootballDaily).

The 19-year-old joined Spurs from Fulham for £25 million in the summer (BBC Sport) and following a slow start he has broken into the first team recently.

Indeed he didn’t play a single minute until a cameo against Everton in November due to a hamstring injury (Transfermarkt).

But he has now finally been getting minutes on the pitch and has started in each of their last four games in the Premier League and FA Cup (Transfermarkt).

But it seems that the England under-21 international isn’t too happy with his displays so far and he has vowed to get better if he continues to play.

“I am usually a very positive player with the ball but the last few games I haven’t exploited areas which I usually would,” said Sessegnon (via @FootballDaily).

“I’m going to look back at that and for the upcoming games if I am involved I will try to do better.”

Spurs fans have been reacting to Sessegnon’s comments on Twitter, with many praising his attitude and desire to improve his game.
