Marouane Fellaini has spoken out about the rumours linking with him a move to Tottenham Hotspur in the January transfer window.
The Belgian is currently plying his trade in China with Shandong Luneng where he made 22 appearances in the season just gone, scoring seven goals and providing four assists (Transfermarkt).

He, of course, previously worked with Spurs manager Jose Mourinho at Manchester United and they have been linked with a reunion in north London recently by Les Sports +.
However, it appears that the 32-year-old has ruled out any such move by insisting that he intends to remain in the Chinese Super League.
Speaking to Eleven Sports, Fellaini said: “Jose is special for me. We text each other, we call each other from time to time. He’s taken over at Spurs and he’s doing well. I wish him all the best. But I am good where I am now.”
Many Spurs fans have been reacting to Fellaini’s comments, with quite a few appearing to be relieved that they won’t be signing the ex-Everton midfielder as they didn’t want him.
Here is what some Tottenham fans had to say after seeing the Belgian’s comments on Twitter…
