Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting with delight to the news that Daniel Levy intervened between a potential sale of Lucas Moura to Barcelona.

Mundo Deportivo recently reported that the La Liga giants had made a late attempt to take the Brazil international to Spain.
However, it would seem a move was unable to take place because Levy asked for a minimum of €50m (£45m) for the winger and Barcelona were unprepared to meet that valuation.
The 27-year-old has become a key member of Mauricio Pochettino’s side following his £23m move from Paris Saint-Germain in January 2018 (BBC).
In those 18 months or so, Lucas has made 63 appearances for Spurs, scoring 17 goals and providing his team-mates with an additional seven assists (Transfermarkt).
Pochettino described the Brazil international as a ‘superhero’ following his hat-trick heroics for the north London outfit in their Champions League semi-final against Ajax.
