Daniel Levy is struggling to sell the naming rights for the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, according to the Daily Mail via @thespursweb.
The Tottenham chairman has stuck by his original demands but potential investors have been put off by the £25m-a-year asking price.
Spurs’ new ground was not included by the Premier League in the shortlist of neutral venues as it is located in North London, which has a sizeable population, meaning partners and other sponsors wouldn’t have benefited from television exposure (Mail).

Levy has claimed staging the rest of the season behind closed doors at the unbiased arenas will make it even more difficult for him to find the right bidder.
Jeff Bezos’ Amazon have recently emerged as genuine contenders but whether or not a substantial offer is made remains to be seen.
Given the current economic climate, compounded by the ongoing pandemic, it is becoming ever more unlikely his valuation will be met.

Naturally, a whole number of the THFC faithful have been reacting to Levy’s predicament, with one supporter branding the situation as “embarrassing,” and another simply adding “ENIC OUT.”
