Tottenham Hotspur striker Troy Parrott has agreed the terms of a new deal with the club, that is according to a report from Football Insider.
The Irishman turns 18 on Tuesday 4th February 2020 and it is thought that the club have now agreed a new contract with him which is set to run until the summer of 2023. Parrott has been prolific in the Spurs youth team this season, netting six times in just four UEFA Youth League matches, whilst also scoring twice in the FA Youth Cup and twice in the Premier League 2 (Transfermarkt).
He was also handed his first start for the club by Mauricio Pochettino in an EFL Cup tie against Colchester in September, whilst Jose Mourinho gave him his first taste of Premier League football with a five-minute cameo against Burnley in December (Transfermarkt).
Perhaps some may have thought that he would have been given more first-team opportunities recently due to the injury of Harry Kane, but as of yet, that has not happened.
