Tottenham Hotspur could only muster a draw away from home against Burnley in the Premier League and Jose Mourinho’s squad continues to struggle on all fronts.
But the Special One was never one to mince words and when he’s unhappy with someone, he’ll more than gladly state it out loud for everyone to see and hear. A similar thing happened when he called out their big-money signing, Tanguy Ndombele, for effectively not living up to the hype nor the price tag that he arrived with from his former club.
But James Benge thinks the whole situation is quite remarkable and he even suggested that Mourinho is quite glad to be put into a position where he can chastise his player.

But he also asks a rather interesting question – is this how man-management is going to look like in 2020? Is this even the way to go when it comes to treating your underperforming star players?
