Of course, this does not seem like the marquee name Spurs fans might want but the young striker has impressed with the likes of Borussia Dortmund also interested.
Spurs, then, may have to be ready for a serious battle but thanks to the fact they can offer a place in one of the most exciting squads around, and the Champions League, they are in a pretty strong bargaining position.
