Indeed, the former Real Madrid ‘keeper has always relished high-pressure situations as a highly decorated footballer, and could definitely come to Spurs’ rescue in season-defining matches in the future.
Therefore, Mauricio Pochettino should look to bring the 36-year-old to North London in the summer transfer window, as an experienced shot-stopper that could give Hugo Lloris a run for his money.
Marco Reus
Marco Reus looks to be back to his best after struggling with an injury earlier on in the current campaign, as current club Borussia Dortmund have gone up a level since he returned to the side.
