Our Southampton fans think this season has been pretty decent for them here in the Transfer Tavern, with one shining light continuing to impress at the moment.
For sure, there have been some lower moments in this campaign with their elimination from the Europa League group stages and loss in the EFL Cup final, but it was in the latter where one man highlighted how good he can be.
Indeed, plenty of the talk around the club is concerning Manolo Gabbiadini at the moment with his goals in the Wembley showpiece as well as in the league suggesting he is going to be a top January signing.
The praise for him just keeps on coming, too, with his club revealing today via their official Twitter account and on their website that he’s been voted the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month for February.
