West Ham fans have singled out Lukasz Fabianski for some serious praise

West Ham brought in some brilliant players over the summer, even if many of them have struggled to make an impact in the Premier League so far. For some, like Felipe Anderson and Andriy Yarmolenko, the talent is clearly there, but the jury remains out on many of Manuel Pellegrini’s acquisitions.

However, one man that has certainly impressed is Lukasz Fabianski. Signed over the summer to improve the Hammers’ goalkeeping situation, the Pole has certainly had a significant impact.

Impressing with his leadership, shot-stopping and consistency, it’s fair to say that the 33-year-old has surpassed most of the expectations that fans had for him.

Broadly speaking, he’s been great, but there have also been a few individual moments that will make him particularly popular with fans. One such example was recently posted on the official West Ham Twitter page, with the club sharing a stunning save that the goalkeeper made against Man Utd.
