After a summer where they spent a lot of money in the transfer market, West Ham could now look to sell some players in January and get them off their wage book.
And one name being touted with a London Stadium exit once the window reopens is Javier Hernandez.
According to ESPN, Besiktas are desperate to sign a new striker and are now considering making a move to bring in West Ham’s Mexican frontman on loan.
The Hammers, however, should not be too quick to get rid of Hernandez, especially in a low-ball loan deal such as the one Besiktas are likely to present.
The 30-year-old is a great alternative to have whenever Marko Arnautovic is unavailable to lead the line and a very effective option off of the bench.
